It's meth-fueled warzone in the monkeyhouse time over there. All the lunatics were let off their leashes and out of their cages, trolls are WELCOMED to infest the site like termites in a rotting house, what was once a thriving community purposely destroyed for no good reason. That last bit is what is so discouraging. **** 'em.

I say we let it die without notice. I for one will not miss it.

Agree. If it is to die, there are many things worth saving/recreating....

Mine, too, for 11 years. The taxidermist will get exactly what he deserves when the site folds after Bernie is elected.

I don't think so. We know what it is now and can't forget, even if we wanted to. It was an effective organizer at one time and a great place to learn.. That hasn't been true for a long time. Overall it's been in decline for a reason and this is just the last throes of a formerly great site. Too bad but it was always about the people there not who owned it or their agenda.
And on and on it goes, on my good pal Manny's jackass site.
Question however.
If Skins's island is sinking, how come all these recent expellees are trying so hard to get back on?
As we all know, WillyT's back there, as "GeorgiaPeanuts."
And Skippy, the now-banned NYC_SKP primitive, after he was kicked off last May, sent many crawling-on-his-stomach messages to Skins, begging and pleading to be allowed back on.
Even the big guy from Bellevue's been a little tremulous in his posting, as if he's afraid he's going to anger Skins and get thrown out of there.
<<<has never in life seen an instance where so many were trying so hard to get aboard a "sinking" ship.
