Wisconsin Voter Suppression - It's a Republican Thang!

Has Wisconsin worked hard to suppress the Democratic vote in that state? You bet it has. Their Voter ID law, which will be applied in Tuesday's primary elections was a carefully designed Koch Bros./ALEC thing. Designed to limit many groups' voting rights, including University and college students, along with low-income Wisconsinites, it's a Republican law.

Democrats fought long and hard against it. They failed to prevent it from being implemented.

Its effect on the Democratic Primaries on Tuesday will be due to Republicans, not Democrats, especially not our two Democratic presidential candidates. Neither lives in Wisconsin and had nothing to do with that state's Voter ID law.

Any attempt to blame either candidate for voter suppression is specious. It's the Republicans' fault, completely.

It was signed into law in May of 2011, you dunce.  I know that democrats are a bunch of stupid layabouts, but does MineralMan expect us to believe that they are so stupid and helpless that they can't make it down to the DMV with a few simple documents to pick up a free ID even if they have had five years to work up the gumption?

I'm a Wisconsin Republican and I'll happily take credit for this law.

This primary will prove nothing except that the choice between a criminal and a commie is leaving dim voters very unenthused. Dim turnout has been down in almost every race so far.

You need an ID to purchase a car or a house, to obtain a loan, get a passport, withdraw or deposit money at the bank and countless other things in day to day life. Voting should certainly require an ID. Then again, if conservatives  were forced to rely on the deceased, illegal aliens and people voting more than once I guess I would be all bent out of shape too.

How to Get a Free State ID Card for Voting

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation provides free state ID cards for voting.

Learn about getting a free Wisconsin ID card on the Wisconsin Department of Transportation website: http://wisconsindot.gov/Pages/dmv/license-drvs/how-to-apply/id-card.aspx
Learn about getting a free Wisconsin ID card even if you do not have a birth certificate: http://wisconsindot.gov/Pages/dmv/license-drvs/how-to-apply/petition-process.aspx
It is free, you DUmmies should be all over that.

It's a D Race-Card narrative, therefore the blacks and Hispanics who have no trouble getting drivers licenses and applying for and getting jobs or social program assistance magically become too stupid and immobile to get free voter IDs!

Those college students are basically transients.  They can have two addresses, and this causes big problems.  You wouldn't want those kids who are chalking "Trump2016" all over the place to vote twice, would you, Rockman?

That is why I don't like the idea of voter registration drives on college campuses. If you want to register, do it when you get or renew your license where you live, not the college you attend. It's too easy to commit voter fraud for college kids.

Not only easy, it's 100% certain to happen.
