The dude pretty obviously went downhill in the 5 years following this 2007 booking. The dude's judgment must be really impaired to get a resisting arrest charge from a reckless driving stop. When a police officer pulls you over you only need to master a very limited special vocabulary: "Yes, sir/ma'am"; "No, sir/ma'am"; "Here are my license and registration, sir/ma'am".
