Church shooting: Police find manifesto in suspect’s car
Advertisements [?]Source: Knoxville News
Police apparently found a multi-page, handwritten letter in the vehicle of the shotgun-wielding suspect charged in Sunday’s mass shooting during a children’s play at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church.
The letter apparently offers some clues about accused shooter Jim D. Adkisson’s motive for targeting the church’s congregation, although specifics were not immediately available.
John Gill, special assistant to Knox County District Attorney General Randy Nichols, said this morning "it would be inappropriate at this time" to discuss any evidence that may or may not have been found.
"It’s very early in this investigation and at this point we need to let the smoke clear before anyone talks too much," Gill said.

6. So this will be spun as an amoral atheist murdering the faithful
Limpballs and his ilk hate atheists more than they hate liberals, after all.

2. Alleged shooter self-described "Confederate"
From WBIR's web site:
A neighbor told 10News [alleged shooter Jim] Adkisson described himself as a "Confederate" and a "believer in the old South." She says Adkisson self-identified in this way to her on more than one occasion, but that she didn't know what he meant by it.
A "Confederate" and "believer in the old South." In other words, he hates the United States of America.
Is it too ******* hard for anyone in the media to
say he's a "domestic terrorist"?
Have to agree with you there, pal.

42. He was mad at liberals for reducing his food stamps? He truly was deranged.
Unfortunately, I hear this kind of thing from right-wingers all the time. They don't seem to understand much at all about the world we're living in.
Mr. Pot. Mr. Kettle. You are now both...oh...er...

26. Lay these murders at Rush Limpball and hate radios feet. They are to blame.
They have incited violence, murdered two people, injured seven and have left hundreds to suffer from the shock for the rest of their lives. I wonder if Rush and his hate radio spawn are satisfied now? He is shouting fire in a theater and everyone pretends it's only politics
But the silver lining is that a group of unarmed liberals took down this armed right wing crazy. Conservatives would have all scrambled to get out letting everyone to handel it on their own.
talk about yer spin spin spin...
