How far are we from war in the streets??
If not for a few level-headed people, it could already be happening.
If we all submitted to the rhetoric and ideas of the Republican Party, we could be in a shooting war in the streets of our city as we speak.
By this time next year, I would venture that the rhetoric will be much more inflammatory and the right-wingers will be more threatening than ever, especially the gun owners. The Tea Party and the religious right will be even more shrill in their attacks upon the "godless liberals", especially Hillary, if she is the next president.
The Black Lives Matter movement is not going away. If nothing changes, they could be in the street with their demands. With Republicans in turmoil, we cannot realistically expect anything to change.
I hope I am wrong, but the only thing that might save us from a war in the streets would be another external war with another foreign enemy.
Happy days are not here again.
Look fuzz nuts, I've been a gun owner for over 30 years, have never threatened another human over my guns, political viewpoint, or religious beliefs.
Yet I have read two threads today at your website of fascists, who in no uncertain terms have threatened to not only take my right of gun ownership away, would kill me in order to do so.
So when you and your band of limp-wristed, gated-community, panty-waisted, pearl-clutching, politically correct ****ers want to jump, by all means feel froggy.
Until then, go back to the nursery and stop irritating the adults.
