I remember the pixie stix scare of 1974.  My parents trashed all
our Halloween candy that year.  :banghead:

That's one of what started the scare of needles and poison in candies after Halloween in 1974. The sad part was that it was his own father, Ronald Clark O'Brien, who did it for life insurance money. He also put poison in other candies to cover his crime. He was executed in 1984. What a scumbag!
