23. Narcissistic Personality Disorder Symptoms
Does Trump fit the following? I would think so.
Perhaps you should look at your own dear leader first. He can out narcissist anyone on the planet.
In order for a person to be diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) they must meet five or more of the following symptoms:
Has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)
Donald Trump:
Has built hotels, casinos, golf course, skyscradpers.
Empire that provides jobs for 1000's around the world
Trump Tower
The Apprentice
I'm pretty sure this qualifies as "commensurate achievements"
0bama:

The Middle East is on fire, wars are breaking out everywhere, ISIS is filling the vacuum left by 0bama's retreat, he's all but handing Iran nukes, draws red lines that aren't just crossed but stepped on & he's Russia's bitch.

Typical pose when he's not feeling the love:
Has a very strong sense of entitlement, e.g., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations
Lavish White House parties with the "in" crowd, spends more time playing golf than being president, excessive vacations
If he doesn't get his way with congress he just writes executive orders. See: ordering ICE to not comply withe the law, EPA regulations where no one was consulted, sicking the IRS on Tea Party groups (i.e. ordinary citizens)
Is exploitative of others, e.g., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends

DELIBERATELY insuring innocent people would be killed. Again, to push his anti gun agenda. He knew people would ****ing die! He counted on it. We have a border patrol agent whose family is still being ignored.

Deliberately lied about "if you like your plan, you can keep your plan" & "if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor". How can you possibly empathize with people when you deliberately lie to people about something so critically important to them?
Or using the shooting of black (thug) teens to stir up tensions between them & the police. They destroy their own neighborhoods and police are now targets. Has he told anyone to knock it off? Of course not, he doesn't care about dead black teens or dead cops. A situation that doesn't exist is being framed to fit his narrative.
Is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her
