The woman at the BERNIE RALLY is black nationalist...
not sure why that matters. I suppose it poke a hole into the theory that Seattle was a VRWC hit-job rather than a Soros/Clinton hit-job...

Marissa Johnson holds extremist black nationalist views
Marissa Johnson's primary allegiance is to an an called organization, Outside Agitators 206, which believes Democrats hope to "bury Black Lives Matter under an election blitz". Bernie's specific views and history don't matter to them. They're about disrupting any Democratic campaign that will let them anywhere near the stage -- and there's only one that will.
After looking around some more, I it seems that this group's belief that police have no legitimate function is rooted in ultra-left black nationalist ideology. This is a perspective not shared by all BLM activists or PoC at large.
It is "true" that Marissa Johnson is a "real" BLM activist. She genuinely has been very active in previous Seattle BLM actions, quoted extensively in media. But she's also very young and new to activism of any kind.
But it seems that her ideology is more rooted in the extremist far-left identity politics views of "Outside Agitators 206" rather than BLM, and the significance of the views that are not those of the whole BLM movement.
so... it's not BLM's fault? or something?

8. They've got a website
I looked at it earlier and it wasn't very revealing. Lots of rhetoric and not much to indicate who they are or what their allegiances are.

We are the Outside Agitators 206.
First off, we have four points of unity:
*We center Black voices to celebrate and affirm Blackness. We believe that any movement to end anti-Black racism must be led by Black people.
*We believe that everyone has a right to resist their oppressors and what resistance looks like varies for different individuals and different circumstances.
*We don’t directly speak to corporate media, nor do we need them. We are our own voice.
***** the police: As an institution fundamentally rooted in white supremacy and anti-Blackness we reject the police presence in our communities, absolutely. It is our responsibility to hold each other accountable and keep each other safe.
Black supremacists.

3. When is BLM going to release something distancing themselves for her actions and comments?
She did it in their name, claims to be in charge of BLM Seattle.

5. Will the 4 other Dem campaigns come out and say Bernie is not a white supremacist?
In a manner not unlike how McCain took away the microphone when the woman went on a rant against Obama?

13. I support Marissa Johnson.
You have made the point that she is an activist. This young woman stands the chance of being pulled over, harassed, and dead in a jail cell a couple of days later. Many of you don't get it. I will show her and BLM support before Sanders, O'Malley, Clinton, or Webb. Thankfully I seem to be able to support O'Malley and Marissa Johnson. I would be flat out disgusted to look into the background of individual members of a civil rights movement in an attempt to discredit them. It's like Fox News thinking they told the whole story of Trayvom Martin by three or four unflattering pictures. Guess what. That shit didn't work on me either.

46. They're acting like it's Bernie's fault that they're being killed in the streets
And like Bernie doesn't care about the killing.
BTW, when he was running Baltimore, O'Malley was just with black folks getting killed and never did a damn thing to stop it.
His having "a plan" now, when it's too late to matter for the black dead of his own city, doesn't make that go away.
Fister is a BERNIETROLL.

17. so it's ok with you that she screamed, shoved, called Bernie and his supporters white supremacists,
demanded he bow down and apologize for offensives unspecified and refused to shake his hand or let him speak?
Thanks for so clearly defining who you really are.

19. I am not going to go do opposition research on her...
When such a high percentage of POC are being jailed. When a POC was hunted down in the streets and killed like wild game. The dentist who killed the lion is having just as difficult a time as that sick **** Zimmerman who knew he had a license to kill POC. He knew he had the ****ing right to "bag one." That is their thought process. When a whole section of society is being oppressed. No, I'm not going to talk shit about her or dig into her background.
Been bow'n down at the hands of whites by threat of force for centuries. Simply turn that phrase around and look at the outrage.
who's insane?

33. Uh, the Sanders coalition is one of the extreme left
Sure, it includes some moderate elements. But if you haven't noticed, a lot of us are socialists.
Bernie has more in common with Marissa Johnson than either she or you seem to realize.
The big difference is the Bernie is an old white male jew and she is a black woman.
No way in hell is a black militant nationalist gonna give a **** what an old white jew is going to say or do.

38. Racism against white people doesn't exist
I'm gonna be honest, I'm not sure why Bernie has attracted the Reddit/Libertarian crowd and their regressive view on social issues, but the Left is about elevating minorities, dismantling structural racism/sexism/homophobia, etc...not just talking about pocketbook issues.
