Ted Cruz At Red State Gathering
« on: August 08, 2015, 08:07:10 PM »
Ted Cruz is powerful and I believe he is the ONLY candidate that can lead us in restoring this country.

I believe in the United States of America as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed, a democracy in a republic, a sovereign Nation of many sovereign States; a perfect union, one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes. I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution, to obey its laws, to respect its flag, and to defend it against all enemies.

In my opinion, it sure seemed that he wasn't given a whole lot of time during the debates.  I was hoping with FOX televising the first debate, every one would have gotten equal time.  In spite of that, he did well according to the people in the "town hall" meeting afterwards and in the polls.

Cruz reminds me of Reagan more than any other candidate currently running! Carly's speech was a barn burner, too. I listened to Walker & Rubio's and both were excellent. We've got a wonderful group of candidates to choose from. Just have to get rid of the elephant in the room with a bad comb over.
