Jury sentences Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to death for marathon attack

Quote
A jury's ruling today to sentence marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to death is "justice" and a warning Boston "will not tolerate terrorism," survivors and police said after the verdict.

"This is nothing to celebrate. This is justice," said first-responder Michael Ward. “He wanted to go to hell and he’s gonna get there early."

The verdict against Tsarnaev, who'll turn 22 in July, was announced by U.S. District Court Judge George A. O'Toole Jr.'s courtroom clerk Paul Lyness. Tsarnaev showed no emotion as the verdict was read.

Good riddances. Next stop, the ADX Florence before Terra Haute for execution.

This evil person & his brother were responsible for the murders of 4 innocents, which included 8 year old Martin Richard.  More than 260 were injured; 17 lost limbs.  Yes, the verdict was correct.  However, he'll be around for quite some time.  Next up, appeals.

"Of the 80 people sentenced to death by the federal government since 1988, only three have been executed including McVeigh."

Besides the cost of the trial, taxpayers are on the hook for over $100,000 to fly, house & feed family members from Chechnya to the Hampton Inn so they could attend the trial; wait, there's more....they're "being guarded 24 hours a day by at least three federal agencies."

Question:  Anybody know in domestic trials are American families taxpayer assisted to attend if the distance to the trial may be a hardship?  Or, is this something special for terrorists?  Forgive my sarcasm.

Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is now detained in the highest-security prison in the country.

The Bureau of Prisons said Tsarnaev, 21,  was moved this week to ADX Florence in Colorado, which is known as the Supermax.

It's in the same penitentiary that houses some of the country's most notorious criminals, including September 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui and Unabomber Ted Kaczynski.

It is going to cost a lot of incarcerate Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the Supermax. On the flip side, he is totally isolated. He should be room temperature.

I only live an hour or so from Florence and I've seen ADX. It's been described as a clean version of Hell.

So they've  given him the death penalty?  So what? He has about 10 years worth of appeals to go through first... And that's  a fast tracked death penalty  like McVeigh's was. Were going to have to feed and take care of his sorry @ss until the day they put the needle in his arm. If they do.

Hell , I can see this knucklehead of a president  we have slipping  a presidential  pardon through for him with Bradley Manning and Bowe Bergdahl on his way out the door.

Even with his crimes, he probably  WON'T be executed.  Because the 'death penalty' is 'inhumane'. No, acting like a savage and killing people indiscriminantly is INHUMANE. There was NO reason for what he did, other than he wanted to kill infidels, and was so rabid about it, that he followed  through on it.

Guess what DUches, you don't put a mad dog on a leash and take him for a walk, you don't let him play with your kids, you PUT HIM DOWN. And this knucklehead and Holmes are BOTH mad dogs.

It's sad that these f#ckst!icks won't get the punishment  they deserve, all because it's inhumane.
