2. REALLY wish they would reconsider
but from what I understand, NYC_SKP would need to ask for re-instatement. No idea whether or not he has done that. I would say that in all the years I've been on DU that was the worst ban I've ever seen. No consideration for his excellent posting history here at DU. No warning, nothing. We lost an important member that day.
