Notice the proximity to Guantanamo Bay? China wants to invest billions to build this super port in Cuba. How much does it have to do with the massive effort by China of building a bigger canal from the Pacific to the Caribbean across Nicaragua? It is also working to aid the cruel dictatorship in Venezuela.
