3. I am hearing a few homes blocked in
swift water rescue getting ready... vehicles under water, This is ugly.
Me will have to decide soon if I want to go to that muck to gather news or if it will be more effective to stay home and use the scanner.
If the DUmp runs nadin off again I don't know if they can survive. Truly. Me will be sad.

9. Yup. I went looking for trouble
where other media were not. But that was not one of them.
Also a car was caught in front of the post office at Midway, and barnett... 3 plus feet of standing water.
3 plus feet of standing water? Isn't that like 20 nadinmeters?
TROUBLE - Elvis Presley
If you're looking for trouble
You came to the right place
If you're looking for trouble
Just look right in my face
I was born standing up and talking back
My daddy was a green-eyed mountain jack
Because I'm evil, my middle name is misery
Well, I'm evil, so don't you mess around with me

6. And this was record rainfall
and yes I did go out there. Most of the damage remains in the Midway district, I went looking at other places that are problematic around the area. The barriers at Fashion Valley should be gone soon-ish. But if you have the gear, why not?
Me not have the gear is why. Me stay home.

17. I got STORM installed on the phone
it draws from NWS, but has a few other things added that help, that the NWS app does not have. It has wind direction, fronts, and distance. So if you know how to guesstimate weather, you got most of the tools. The front is going south, south east...
We find it extremely useful during fires, since we get meso level wind readings in the field. They are not exact, but good enough for us to know when things will be ahem... interesting.
Skills I never expected to ever use again... I now use them regularly.
YAY, we will even get... snow... snow in mid may. GAD. A month of no fires... there is a good thing.
More "skills". Coach's cousin has more Skills that a hardware store.
