:picsneeded:

You don't have a red miniskirt in your closet, do you?

BTW, I prefer regular stockings over fishnets.  :-*

Of course I don't have a red miniskirt.

Red clashes with my hair, I never wear red.

Stop dying your hair orange. :)

*gasp*

My hair is not orange!  It's red, and not dyed.

Nine West? That's one of my favorite shoe brands (aside from Brighton and those "hussy" boots I have...a friend called them that.  :lmao:  Link ).

Great looking shoes, Mia.  :)

Thanks, I love Nine West shoes.

And those are some hussy boots ACC!

Those boots are tame, these are hussy boots:   Link   They even have built in "knee pads" so you can do your hussy stuff while wearing your boots.   :-)

Whoahhhh....any takers on modeling those for the Ladies of CC '09 calender? :-)

Got them from Zappos.com, a great place to shop for shoes online.   :-)

Zappos is awesome. The only thing better then shopping Zappos online, is running into one of their outlet stores....my sister found a sale at one, four pairs of shoes for $38....

Cute shoes!!

I just raided JC Penney's clearance. I scored big time! One of the suits I bought was originally over $200. I got it for $49.

I love scores like that! I can do that at Old Navy for the kids if I go there regularly!

I'm just going to say here, I really love shoes, but I don't buy many since I always end up with 3 or 4 pairs I really love and wear regularly anyway, even if I have a closet full of 'cuties'. One of my favorite pair of sandals are a very basic pair of Etienne Aigner. They are just beautifully basic and they still look incredible after wear. Very well made and good materials. Love them.

Otherwise I have some other great shoes, but I don't wear them often.

Love these...I haqve a pair like them with a little lower heel and a peep tow, otherwise the colors are the same

cute jty!

I will spend a little bit extra for good shoes. I can't torture my feet like I used to 20 years ago.

I had shoe drama last night in Kohl's. Found a really nice pair of dark brown pumps. Got to the register, they rang up $19.97 instead of $49. Whoo hoo right? Nope. The cashier checks the size on both shoes and says, oh did you try both of these on because one is larger than the other'....crap! I hadn't tried both on so I went back to find the mate. Couldn't find it! Someone had done a switcheroo and gotten a mixed pair. Dang it!

Jty, I usually wear much lower heels around 2-inches.  I prefer the same style, just a band or peep toe and nothing else, no straps on the ankle.  I manage to wear out a pair of black and a pair of brown shoes like that once a year wearing them to work.

Yep, I love those too...I think I might take a pic of my pink ones. They go with the dress I think a couple of you have seen.

I love sandals with a heel too. When you have your toes painted nice, they just look so pretty I think.

Oh man, I hate that!!!! Figures!!

I should be doing a bit of shopping here soon. I need to get the kids school clothes(they start in about a month) and I've dropped some weight since last year so I really need to get some new things for the fall and winter for myself(already replaced a good portion of the summer wardrobe). I'm going to throw a few pairs of shoes in there too. I love boots. I think I'll invest in some great looking boots for the fall. I need a new pair of workout shoes too since my ones now have a few months and many miles on them.

There are tons of good sales right now! Penneys had so many racks of clearance. And it wasn't picked over yet.

I did notice (in more than one place) that some people had stolen clothes. I came across a nice blouse and when I pulled it out to look at it, I noticed it wasn't new. It was obviously old and washed. The tag was tattered like it had been through the laundry several times. And, it smelled like perfume. Someone swapped a new shirt for their old one. I also found a pair of pants like that.

Sheesh!!!!!!!! WTF is wrong with people?

Sigh, why do people do that. I mean if you don't have the money, you can get some really nice gently used things in the 2nd hand places here. Anything from the thrift stores to the consignment shops. There just is no reason for that given that it is possible.

When I worked for one of the large discount chains when I was a teen, we would find the sensor things ripped off and laying in the fitting room stalls. I guess the individuals would just repair it if it was on or close to a seam. People would always take advantage of going in there when it was really busy on weekends and the person handling it couldn't keep up with the lines to go in and come out.

This is a nice mall too. But they have riff raff. And none of the dept. stores seem have employees! I guess they have given up and accepted a certain amount of theft into their bottom line.

I never thought of it that way, but it is almost as if the shrinkage costs less then actually staffing the place.

Reminds me of a mall here in Savannah: Oglethorpe.  When I walk into the Macy's there, there is NEVER anyone there to help.    :banghead:

I typically have to walk to the perfume or jewelry counters in order to check out, even when I just have clothes to buy.
