But, where does it say (or, actually not say) that IF a state has NOT implemented the plan, then
doesn't that leave the Federal system as the only alternative??
It is so disgusting that the repubs would rather see poor people die for lack of health insurance
than to let them have the Fed. insurance!!! I can't begin to imagine what repub voters must
be thinking when they vote for these people. (I would certainly hope there ARE a few repubs out there that understand what a betrayal the repub congress is providing us with.

Who are these people dying from no health insurance? I hear it all the time for you DUmb asses but never get any answer. Anybody can walk into a ER and get care.

It's an excuse that's already been used, years and years ago by a late moonbat sister-n-law of mine.

My then-30-year-old niece--and hers too--suddenly died from an internal hemorrhage.

The sister-in-law said she died from lack of health insurance.

franksolich said she died because she sat around, expecting the doctors and pharmaceuticals to do all the work, instead of doing something herself (changing life-style).

They're so concerned about getting stuff for free, they don't care about following the law.

If the ACA has any reference to the "Federal Government" as being separate from the "State", then HHS loses on the basis that the statute makes the distinction. Had they read it first instead of "passing it to find out what is in it", they may have foreseen some of these challenges.

Of course, this logic doesn't prevent Roberts from taking off the robe and putting on a Congressman hat again...

Well, they may not get health care, but I was relieved to hear at the DUmp today that they get iPads.
