I have just ended 37 years in the Telcom business this morning

It is sad in a way. I really enjoyed the work but over the last few years it has become increasingly difficult to do the right thing for the customers. It is not a lack of will but the PTB taking away any power that we had to give good customer service. They talk the talk but they don't walk the walk.

I will be CWA in my heart for life but here's the logo of my new union:



What do you think?
