Which brings me to another thought that may be running 2 or more primitives together.
Wasn't UGP on a natural high when meeting nothing but success (after moving West) from pottery, art, a new telemarketing management job, and then an even better job offer ?

I had wondered what happened to her.  The subterranean ***** cat ought to be damned thankful she got a roof over her feline fat ass. She could be out in the wild hunting for her din din like real panthers do. 

I don't guess it ever occurred to her fat feline ass to maybe go buy some things to improve the situation in her apartment. Like some paint. Like some glass covering.  Even a little space heater or some warm fuzzy socks to keep her paws warm.  No instead the fat feline would rather complain.  This was all predicted to happen BTW, well in advance, once her mother was no longer in control of the finances and the sisters took over.  We warned her. Like all dummies, she ignored us. Now she is learning the hard way.

I have zero sympathy.

Things to improve her situation are, of course, to be done and paid for by others.   It isn't subway kitty is going to work, or pay her own way, or anything else.  She has no saleable skills and you can tell that she isn't even a pleasant sort of person to be around.  She is at best a ward of the state, and that is unlikely to ever change.
