I jumped the gun and made Emeril's jumbalaya today. darn good.

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
10 ounces andouille sausage, sliced into rounds
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces

2 stalks celery, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) can crushed Italian tomatoes

1. Oddly enough-Jamaican Egg Rolls

Simply a classic ground beef filling with a blend of spices that lean heavily on curry and cumin then put in egg roll wrappers and deep fried. Serve with choice of blue cheese sauce or duck sauce...

Fizzy is depressed. Mr. fizz came home from "work" on Valentine's with the bicycle babe's stink all over him, and he is "working late" again tonight.
