Small Business Tax Relief

Our economy sucks – in spite of what all the Lefties claim. So, this could be a boon for it, giving relief to the vast majority of those who hire people. H.R. 636 appears to be a sound approach. The summary of the bill is @ https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/114/hr636/summary
