Shah Jalal Hussain and Jahanagir Alom are out on licence despite a Tory pledge to end automatic early release for convicted terrorists.
Crimes the pair were involved in included plotting attacks and Âfundraising for terrorism.
Hussain, 32, has said he believes Downing Street is a “legitimate target†for suicide attacks and that he wished he had been a 9/11 bomber.
Alom was caught with two others who were plotting an attack on Wootton Bassett where dead soldiers were repatriated from Afghanistan.

They were found guilty by an English court and set free early. Did you miss that part?

This place is a riot sometimes. Terrorists get early release from prison and the the first responses are rushing to shame the OP/the authorities for alleged "Islamaphobia". Would any of the posters referenced above care to break down what exactly is "Islamaphobic" about this? I'm sure they learned their lessons...

9. Wonder if a jail term does anything but put off the inevitable Unless jail somehow changes their attitude, it doesn't seem like it would help. One who wishes he was a 911 hijacker is willing to do a suicide attack.

16. No, because THESE PERSONS were in prison for plotting and......supporting violent terrorist acts. Unless their views have changed, why would they not go back to doing the same now that they are free to do so? The critical factor is their radicalism, not their religion.

24. They were released according to rule of law. I am merely defending the rule of law, as my President instructs me, it is a matter of principal and easy to remember in all situations. From convicts, to politicians, to Cosby, to the eventually acquitted and the purely innocent, I will defend the rule of law over the rule of media or comment boards. The issue is the process, not the personalities. If you object to the process, then get it fixed, criticize the process, tell the process to duck off, tell the process it stinks, tell us the solution to the stinky process, but attacking the personalities is just being lazy. Present company exempted.
No offence, but I am passionate about respecting the rule of law in the country that invented it and which Justice system America adopted based on the bedrock rule of law.

32. The Master Plan seems to have been rejected soundly by France and Germany, for sure.
The UK is also not near as Islamaphobic as America, and neither is all of the EU, but the mass media in America makes it out to be far worse than it is, even in America, by giving massive coverage of every Islamaphobic asshole and buring actual Muslim voices of peace and condemnation of evil, and thereby vastly misrepresenting the vast number of voices that speak peace.
The very concept of American Islamaphobia is a another mass media psychops construct.
