France’s National Observatory Against Islamophobia reports that since last Wednesday a total of 60 Islamophobic incidents have been recorded, with countless minor encounters believed to have gone unreported.

Amongst the incidents, a mosque in Le Mans was hit with four grenades, and gunfire directed through one of its windows.

While Islamophobic incidents are nothing new, there appears to have been a marked increase in attacks in the wake of the shootings at the French satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo.

I'm willing to blame the victims this time. If so called peaceful Muslims want to live in relative peace in other nations, then they have to be the ones to stop the radicals from committing violence in their name.

It's really scary but I have a feeling that I bet this wouldn't be happening if the Muslim "whole" had acknowledged and denounced the terrorist acts their members did in the name of their religion.  I just bet.

Allowing them to basically set up colonies in each country with their own laws and such might not have been the best move. It will be interesting to see how much of that autonomy they take back.

Someone said a "tiny" fraction of Muslims believe in the jihad but a fraction of 6 billion Muslims is still about 2 million.

And you can bet your ass, that since Obama said he was going to "push back" against negative views on Islam in the media, that the lapdog media won't show much of that celebrating.

Sorry my figure was off a bit, there are about 1.6 Billion Muslims in the world however, the number of jihadists is about 1.8 Million.   
That is still a lot of Muslims to worry about.
