Title: The Big Guy Wants To Give Away Money
Post by: GOBUCKS on December 19, 2014, 04:22:21 PM
Having already set his wife up for impending destitution, the Big Guy fishes for sympathetic attaboys from his fellow DUmpmonkeys by offering to give away money.

The Big Guy is belatedly trying to buy his way into Paradise, but handouts to the DUmp are hardly the way to do it.

The response is predictable:

Food, shelter, and love from the DU

Because this comes so late in the "peace on earth season", I have not contacted DU management in advance. I understand if this gets locked.

Since W took office the US middle class on down has suffered. Ask any real DUer.

Wages are flat for the jobs that are available. More than 46 million Americans living below the poverty line. Budget cuts across the US, state, county, and municipal levels are taking a toll. The safety net of the private sector is overwhelmed. The DU safety net (http://wishadoo.org/) was overwhelmed too.

DUers as a community have been generous in times of need to fellow DUers. A few have been critical of giving a helping hand. I don't know how to answer the naysayers.

Marta and I have a warm home. We have had very bad times. We want to help. We stopped giving to the Salvation Army over differences with them over LGBT issues. I know this comes a little late into the season, but can we help a few DUers at this time of year?

I don't know how to do this on my own. With an organized effort we can do so much for very little.

So how do we do this?

13. Thank you and Marta! I'm still struggling.

It would be the best Christmas present ever, if I could finally reach my fundraising goal. While I fully expect to receive my SS disability by late February or early March, my cash-on-hand is in the double digits, so I'd appreciate any help I can get.

My gofundme.com account is here: http://www.gofundme.com/cip3vw

My PayPal account is under rlewis58@frontier.com.

Peace.

CCD must need money to buy bags of candy for parking next to the school yard.

There is a sucker born every minute, and a cocksucker willing to drain him.

Omaha Steve and CCD were made for each other.

You may remember this guy, a frontrunner for the Steve Senti Award for panhandling, is Robert Lewis, a registered pedophile sex offender in Illinois.

Sounds like the kind of victim the Big Guy would want to help.

They have so much in common. They both like to watch under age kids.

This mooch is begging for $1,672.

Steve gave him $15.   I'm pretty sure that's not the amount the CCD primitive had in mind.  :rotf:

Ol' CCD shouldn't complain. That $15 would buy him three blowjobs from the Tucson Tart.

...or two blowjobs, if she takes out her teeth for one of them.

Yeah, for a normal sized person.  A guy Steve's size can put down considerably more than $15 worth.

One has to make choices.  Beer or mini-tacos.  One can't have both for $15.

He's got a hollow leg. Or at least he had one.

Although the president often rails against income inequality in America, his policies have had little impact overall on poverty. A record 47 million Americans receive food stamps, about 13 million more than when he took office.

The poverty rate has stood at 15 percent for three consecutive years, the first time that has happened since the mid-1960s. The poverty rate in 1965 was 17.3 percent; it was 12.5 percent in 2007, before the Great Recession.

About 50 million Americans live below the poverty line, which the federal government defined in 2012 as an annual income of $23,492 for a family of four.

Not everyone’s doing badly, of course. The richest 10 per cent are the only group – the only group! – who saw their median income rise from 2010-2013. As the Washington Times points out, that’s the same period in which Barack Robin Hood Obama won re-election painting the GOP as corporate vampires. The richest people have seen their share of taxes decline quite dramatically under this “socialist” president – while, interestingly, the share of federal income tax paid by the middle class has, according to the IRS, slightly risen.
