Title: Appeals Court Overturns Sex-Change for Inmate

This is a UPI story, not AP, but I don't know how anal API is with putting in part of the story here and then providing a link, so to be safe, I'll just put in the link.

The decision is bittersweet. The faggot wannabe can't have the state pay to have his dick chopped off, but the state is saddled with $724,000 in lawyer fees.

A nee4dle, some thread, a rusty knife from the flea market, a little tar to seal the wound, done for less than $10.....and do the same for his/her/its lawyers so they won't screw the taxpayers again.
