Title: 10 worst states for black people.

Arkansas with just a 15% black population is the only southern red state on the list at #10 and one Midwestern state, Kansas was #8. The rest were blue to extremely blue northern states with Conn, Mass, RI, Ill near the top as the worst.

Several pages at the link but naming of the states starts on page 3 I believe it was.

I wonder if Arkansas made the list because it had given us our first black president, Bill Clinton. You would think that Bill and Hillary would have left it a better place when they left.

Wisconsin #1 worst state.

This wouldn't look all that great for Scott Walker, frankly.
