You know, Pedro Picasso, above, is an avowed enthusiast for the Guatama Buddha.
franksolich respects the role of the Guatama Buddha in the history and culture and individual lives in a time and place not this time and place. But as a general rule, franksolich has never gotten too excited about the Guatama Buddha.
The Guatama Buddha preached contemplation, self-denial, serenity, tolerance, nonmaterialism, whatnot.
Isn't it odd, that franksolich is a better "Buddhist" than Pedro Picasso?
