Wilson is NOT a Grimm. Brown was NOT a Wesen. People who "see" demons should not be armed.

Or on the street in police uniforms.

I posted on this topic over the holiday weekend.

Prosecutors should have asked if Wilson regularly saw "demons" while on duty. They should have asked how he "knew" Brown was a demon - had he seen one before? What do 'demons' look like?

They should have asked if he is on medication to help him NOT see demons, and then they should have double checked the handbook of "fact versus fantasy" and pointed out that Michael Brown was a TEENAGER, not a DEMON.

But they didn't, because "demon" was code for "scary black man".

And that is why I think the Prosecutors weren't just INCOMPETENT, but are RACISTS.

Because they DIDN'T challenge the "DEMON" description.

Because to them, it was a perfectly normal adjective, instead of the rantings of a Crazy Person.

WTF is she talking about? And yes you are a crazy person.

There is some TV show called Grimm.  It's some fantasy BS that deals with supernatural creatures and people that can see and combat them.

Once again, DUmmies confuse reality with fantasy.

Just another case of the DUmmies inability to read and comprehend what they read.

Quote
The gun then went off and shattered the driver's side window, Wilson said. The officer claimed that when he looked at Brown next, the teenager had “the most intense aggressive face.”

“The only way I can describe it, it looks like a demon, that's how angry he looked,” Wilson said, saying that Brown came towards him with his “hands up.”

Dummy makes an obscure culture reference and fails. Should have at least referenced Constantine, that was at least a popular movie.

The series isn't too bad either.

I was actually about to start watching Constantine on demand.  Need something to watch with Walking Dead and BlackList on mid-season breaks.

FWIW, the DU-member failed to - or didn't want to - understand Wilson's testimony. Wilson was using a metaphor to describe Brown's facial expression; the DU-member interpreted Wilson to mean he saw a literal demon.

The dudette must've skipped high school English when metaphors were defined and examples were discussed.

She did that on purpose, everyone knows what he meant.

So you're saying she knowingly lied to make a point she knew was false? My brain doesn't twist that way.

I've been watching Gotham too. I'm just annoyed with what they did with Barbara Gordon.

Seemed desperate to make her a lesbian/bisexual character.  Now I kind of want Jim to get rid of her, which I know is impossible.

I like the character development behind the protagonist and all of his allies, as well as all the antagonists.

As a 'Grimm' fan, I am embarrassed that a DUmmy would besmirch that great show's name just to try and make an ultimately idiotic and senseless point, considering that Wilson was clearly speaking figuratively, not literally.

No, I think the dumb bitch just doesn't like the word "demon" because she thinks it's associated with (gasp) Christianity:

10. "The only way I can describe it, it looks like a demon, that's how angry he looked."

Mythology and religious culture have many types of "demons", and unfortunately, Evangelical Christianity truly believes that "demons can possess people" with "good Christians" able to "see" these demons.

This needed to be explored -- was he making a simple visual comparison (based on his previously undisclosed extensive background in medieval art history?), as you say, in which as I am interested in "which artist" and "which time period". Or is he a member of a religious or other sect that believes in demonic possession? Or is he just plain crazy? Or was it just "code" for "black people = demons because I am a racist"?

I have had the unfortunate experience of being present when a guest began "speaking in tongues" and "casting out demons" in my dining room. I also know at least one person who is bi-polar who (during one particular episode) announced his divinity. I have also met a few racists.

I would like to know which one Darren Wilson is and why NO ONE called him out on this.

"Demon" is a pretty strong adjective, especially when it is being applied to an unarmed teenager who has just been killed.

Hate it when guests speak in tongues and try to cast out demons in my dining room.

Again, libs find it impossible to remain true to the facts.
Wilson thought the "gentle giant" looked like a demon when the "gentle giant" was charging at him with the "gentle giant's" face most likely drawn up in a snarl.
So for the record, no one claimed the "gentle giant" looked like a demon after he was just killed.
It's just reflexive and nonchalant for libs to be dishonest.

You're still a DUer so I guess the "casting out" didn't work. Maybe next time.

'Casting out' just might have worked.  It's where the thing went into afterwards--that's the semi-mystery. :whistling:
