"The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America."
Strait from the Constitution! Something the Repukes really should learn before they even try for a gov. job!
To see the whole Constitution of the United States, go to http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/constitution_transcript.html
Granting green cards is not to same as a presidential pardon, you idiot. I hope one of them take her sec 8 apartment and her job, strait up. ::)

5. I don't understand the purpose of your post
You cite republicans but I think there is more than enough evidence to go around that both parties are dreadfully ignorant when it comes to their roles and responsibilities in office.

Funny. I just, not even thirty minutes ago, go through discussing something very similar on Facebook so I'll just post here what I posted there...
Frankly, I don’t have the answer to the question about illegals; however, the last I checked we had a constitution that split the power of the federal government into three branches. I honestly haven’t read the constitution in several months, but when I did last read it I don’t remember a single section that granted the head of the executive branch the power to do whatsoever he pleases. The guys who wrote and signed the thing actually had fought a war against such a situation not very many years before the document was created so I’d have to assume that they wouldn’t really cotton to the idea.

Strait from the Constitution!
My Dog! I can't believe I never saw it before.
I must have been distracted by the part that says "he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed".

9. Meaning he is head of the executive branch, with power shared equally amongst the three branches. Not that he has executive fiat to pass or ignore laws, I didn't like it when Bush did it and I don't like it now.

10. All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
9. The migration or importation of such persons as any of the states now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each person.
So the Constitution actually says Congress can regulate immigration after the year 1808.
I don't see anything about immigration under the executive job description, I see issue pardons, CIC of the military, make treaties (with Senate consent), receive ambassadors and make appointments.
What part of the office's "executive powers" grants the power to alter, abolish or create immigration law?
This will be challenged through the courts like everything else of course.

11. The "issue pardons" part.
HAMber thinks Obama pardoning millions of illegal immigrants of the crime of coming here illegally automatically makea them citizens.

She's so damn dumb that if she didn't already have a track record, I think she'd already have been called out and banned as a mole.
I truly believe she's functioning on the upper spectrum of mental retardation.

The Tucson Tart doubles down on the stupid.
Waving his fairy wand and declaring that he will stop playing catch and release with the illegals is not "issuing pardons".

I guess it could be said that he's issuing a "pardon me while a shit on your constitution", but I'm pretty certain that's not what she meant.

You said it, brother.

WOW, I can just see it now... Amber will not say a word against or protest in anyway when a (R) President decides to say all abortions are now illegal by EO.
It will all be OK because "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America."

madville is well on the way to bannedville, for the crime of daring to speak troof-2-moonbats.
