SURPRISE!!
Congressman Guiterez (who is leading the fight for illegals) swore on O'Reilly last night that non nationals were not allowed benefits, card or no card.
Is someone lying again in the WH or is the Congressman?
Obama will now give illegals a green card with his change of the system, which will allow them to sign up while the hard working middle class taxpayer just found out why they are paying more for health insurance -to pay for those new green card holders.
Those who follow Obama proved Jonathan Gruber was also right in that the American (Leftists) voters are indeed stupid!
WASHINGTON (AP) — HealthCare.gov is working better, but immigrants are running into what looks like an obvious slip-up.
Call it the green card glitch: The website has no clear path to upload the government identification document that shows they are legal U.S. residents, and entitled to benefits under President Barack Obama's health care law.
It's a baffling omission, say consumers and counselors assisting with this year's sign-up drive.
"It doesn't list the green card as an option to upload," said Elizabeth Colvin of Foundation Communities, an Austin, Texas, group that serves low-income people, including many immigrants. There's a way to upload copies of other types of documentation, Colvin said, but not green cards.

"Family members who aren't applying for health coverage for themselves won't be asked if they have eligible immigration status."
Meaning if you are here illegally, and have any relative here that is legal, then just have them add you to their policy. :cheersmate:
