I don't live in the Great White North. Is it normal to get snow in November?
I am so ready for winter, BRING IT ON!!!
I am so ready for winter, BRING IT ON!!!
<--- Is drinking a Virgin Cuba Libre, and is wearing a speedo.
We're fine down here in Florida.

Okay, forget this shit. I woke up and it was 36 degrees outside.
Supposed to drop below freezing tonight. It's too early for this.
lmao, I pulled out my babies sheepskin boots this morning.....she's so cute in winter clothing! I'm ready! Wish I was out in the Bear Tooth Mountains!

I have a pair of slippers like that , that I wear in the winter time. :panic:
in the twenties for a high today, 16 degrees tonight for a low, the windchill will be...ZERO.
That reminds me... I need to pull the batteries out of my cars and bring them indoors.
So they don't freeze. I had to replace both of them last year because I left them sitting out all winter.
You're talking about cars that aren't driven every day or couple of days right?
We have a self-propelled lawn mower with electric start, and after sitting in the shed all winter started up the first time this spring.
When I had my Mustang (don't get excited; it was a '78 'Super Pinto') I had the battery give out on me after being left out a single night in single digit temperatures.
5 AM and it is 10 degrees outside with a windchill of -7.
Here's one for you . . .

But warm weather's moving your direction, from here.Hi5 for good words of cheer
Temperature 17 degrees this morning, with wind-chill 6 degrees.
Those are positives, not minuses.
And it's going right your way.
It was 11 degrees here last night.
On the way home I had to listen (on AM radio) to a new report about how the polar bear population is down most likely to glow bull warming and the shrinking of the ice cap.
I thought AlGoreManBearPig promised us the arctic ice cap would be gone by now.
Twenty-six--that's +26--this morning, but windy.
One's hopeful spring's coming.
^That's about 5 feet of glow bull warming !
I saw a clip on The Weather Channel's site that said that south of Buffalo, they're going to get another 12 to 18 inches tonight into Friday. :whistling: :rant:After all is said and done, I hear they are expecting NINE FEET of snow from this storm.

This Arizona boy is freaked out big time.
The Buffalo Bills have to move 220,000 tons of snow from their stadium, to be able to play Sunday. They're offering people off the street (assuming they can get out of their own homes) $10 an hour and tickets to a Bills game to help out. They will have to shovel starting now, and going straight through to game time, to keep from having to play on Monday instead.
They gave up on that idea and are looking for somewhere else to play.
Anyone heard from Karin? Isn't she upstate NY?
