Honestly, getting Dean back and reforming the party along his more-millennial-friendly lines would probably help them in the long run, but the internecine bloodshed and horrendous electoral losses for the next 6-10 years would be epic in their scope and amusement potential.

We need a spot on that list for Hank Johnson as well. We simply cannot leave a brilliant intellect such as his unutilized on the sidelines. Maybe DNC Steering Committee Chairman or something. :fuelfire:  :-)

Congressman Johnson's vast intellect would be most useful in one position IMO...as head of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).

I like it. In that one position, he could potentially keep the whole Democrat ship of state from capsizing.
