Has anyone read whether Duncan and his fiancee had intimate relations while he had symptoms
Now the family have pasted the 21 days. Seems like an important questions to the understanding of how ebola passes on from one person to another.

I read the virus lives in splooge for up to 7 weeks. Seems like one would not have sex. Never understood why people have sex when there are risks involved (AIDS, Ebola, kids) that is if you don't want the risk :-)

You seem to be quite the enthusiast, lol.

I can't imagine being sick and wanting to have sex at all, but some people get off on the weirdest stuff.

Gina, I understand why the question was asked.
Both Ebola and Aids began to bloom at the same place close to the same time in the late 70's. Both have been blamed on people eating " Bush Meat". Fact that for 35,000 years or more humans survived on Bush Meat and had no problems is curious.
I still cannot help but wonder if the two diseases are transmitted through sex as well as blood and body fluids. Could Ebola be a form of Aids on steroids?
I would be asking if the E-bola man had had sex within a month before coming to America and the Doctors who are infected the same question. Who was the woman the E-bola man cared for, a relative, or a woman he cared about.
Since the effected feel well and healthy up to the onset of the disease, I see no reason why they would not have sex, same with the Aids carriers who infected dozens of others including their wives, children and the family dog.
