11. She called several times.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that Vinson called the agency several times before flying, saying that she had a fever with a temperature of 99.5 degrees.

I'm sure the CDC would love to blame the "receptionist" given their history of blaming whoever is on the bottom.

12. It certainly is true. They have admitted it.

In the case of Amber Vinson, the Dallas nurse who flew commercially as she was becoming ill with Ebola, one health official said "somebody dropped the ball."

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that Vinson called the agency several times before flying, saying that she had a fever with a temperature of 99.5 degrees.

9. Maybe her fever was not high enough

to be contagious with Ebola.
Of course all the DUer Ebola experts no more than the CDC
Still more fear and hype

10. Wow.

She had worked with an ebola patient and told them she had a fever -- and you are defending the CDC telling her she can fly??? Wow...

15. Politics trumps all.

If there's any chance that any department over which Obama might have even the slightest control or say, then we must deflect.

Must protect Dear Leaders integrity at all costs.

That one kind of threw me, until I realized upaloopa is just too damned stupid and illiterate to correctly spell a basic vocabulary word like "Know."

On a more positive note, the CDC has recently developed multi-front efforts on gun control and glowball warming.

CDC = Center for Denial and Confusion

"Dr. Tom Frieden, director for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said during a telephone press briefing Wednesday that you cannot get Ebola by sitting next to someone on a bus, but that infected or exposed persons should not ride public transportation because they could transmit the disease to someone else."

I blame the nurse first.  Common sense should always prevail.  She knew the score, but she did it anyway.  Two stupids don't make it an excuse for such carelessness and disregard for others.  That nurse should never have called for "permission".  Spiking a fever was all the information she needed to know what to do next.

Shit like this (government confusion and poor (acting/reacting)) happens all the time yet the DUmmies will take them some big government every, single, day.

The fever was 'low-grade,' though.  It hadn't spiked . . . yet.  (That was the next day, at the hospital she worked at.)

She was read to from the book of Obama, 12th chapter, 1st verse, "Go forth and spread disease throughout the land for your lord Obama needs a crisis."

Still, she knew she had been exposed and knew she had a fever. Common sense would tell most people that she should be checked more closely. Even more so since she is a nurse and should have been better informed than most other people.

I just read an article that said 21 days quarantine might not be enough. Some doctor familiar with Ebola says 31 days is better because 12% of Ebola patients don't come down with Ebola in just 21 days but later.

Lets recap here....lung disease that kills and/or cripples the young and a killer disease to get the rest.....Bill Ayers will have his 25 million one way or another.

The WHO does not consider an outbreak over until 42 days after the last case is diagnosed.

After all the panic mongering, I pity anyone on an airplane with a passenger who gets airsick.

There's likely to be an airborne riot.

It happened at LAX.  A woman from Africa got airsick on the plane.  The airport had the plane taxi off and the passengers had to sit there for two hours before they decided she hadn't been exposed to ebola. (She was from So. Africa)

Yeah, they will all rush to one side or one end and the plane will tip over like an island.

2 hours, huh. Was that so they could be certain that if she were infected  others would catch it from her?

Looks like the White House is laying the groundwork to throw Doc Frieden under the ol' Obama bus.

Yup.  The bus may accelerate as it goes over him, too.

If they do, I hope he says the the "no travel ban" policy came from the White Mosque. Something like 70% of those polled favor a travel ban. Right now, it's only the CDC, Dems and the White Mosque that don't think it's a good idea.

I expect Jarrett will have a little Chicago style talk with him .

If they don't get their lies straight, people might conclude that owebuma appointed the head of the CDC.
Maybe Bill Clinton could help.
