You know something, they say Ebola comes from killing and eating some kinds of 'bush meat' and some kind of bat found in Africa. If the virus gets into wildlife and bats here......the race is on.

Nothing better than mesquite grilled bat.

Marinated first in a balsamic-enriched, slightly acidic (pH ~5, TYVM) solution for no more than an hour.

Heavy on the garlic. Bat has a slightly gamy taste.

I had read that.  I also read that the virus has a soft outer covering similar to the AIDS virus and you can only get it by contact with someone's body fluids.  Other viruses like the cold and flu have a hard outer covering and can be transferred through the air from someone coughing or sneezing.
