Pennsylvania's attorney general has blamed a former female prison worker for her own rape after she was attacked in jail by a dangerous criminal.

The 24-year-old victim was attacked by Omar Best inside Rockview Prison, Pennsylvania. During her 27-minute long ordeal, Best strangled his victim until she was unconscious before raping her.

CCTV footage showed that Best left the room where the attack occurred of his own accord. Prison staff later found the victim unconscious on the floor.

What a scumbag! Victim blaming, a tactic of the left.

Men and women are different. Women should not be in situations where they are allowed to be alone with a known sex offender. If it's the state's fault and she had complained before this happened, then the state is at fault. IMO

I give you the story of Lemuel Smith.

He's living out his life at the Five Points Correctional Facility, on the grounds of the former Seneca Army Depot.  I've heard from friends of mine that retired from the NYS Correctional Services that Smith was kept in solitary confinement for about 20 years, because once he murdered Donna Payant, the inmates lost a lot of their privileges that had been won for them (maybe in the Attica riots of 1971).  Said inmates were pissed at Smith for doing that (getting their privileges revoked).

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane, left, is defending the case claiming that the female prison worker victim was partly responsible for being raped by violent attacker Omar Best

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane is a DEMOCRAT.

The Philadelphia Inquirer in a front page banner headline story says that the Attorney General refused to bring charges against at least five elected officials, all Philadelphia Democrats and all African-American, who were caught on tape accepting cash and jewelry from a lobbyist seeking favors.

She exemplifies the risk entailed in electing an unprincipled person to public office. They pick and choose what laws to support, enact, and enforce according to their own views, convenience, and buddies. If a pol won't be faithful to their spouse, why think they will be faithful to their oath of office?
