The House overwhelmingly voted Wednesday to grant President Obama authority to train and arm moderate Syrian rebels waging war against Islamic extremists.
Despite vocal opposition from both war-weary liberals and defense hawks who feel the Syria plan should include more robust steps, majorities in both conferences voted 273-156 to back Obama’s plan to give military aid to vetted members of the Free Syrian Army.
Which .. Surprise, leads us to this: FSA brigades pledge allegiance to ISIS in Al Bukamal, east Syria

Sources and eyewitnesses in the border town of al-Bukamal east Syria informed Zaman Alwasl that many factions affiliated with FSA have pledged allegiance with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) amid a huge public attendance, where their weapons have been handed over to “ISISâ€.

What I got out of reading the link is that ISIS overtook them. Many of them gave up their arms and then ran away. Similar to what happened to the Iraqi military and the Christians in Iraq.
What is it with these people that won't fight for their own country? It's no wonder they all live under brutal dictators.
