Obama Administration Denies Threat of ISIS Crossing Southern Border
In a written statement to the New York Times, the Department of Homeland Security denied that there was "credible evidence" to believe Islamic State terrorists could use the porous southern border to cross into the United States and wage terror attacks. While Democrats defend the sentiment, few question security at the even less protected northern border.
The New York Times notes that evidence indicates that Islamic State mujahideen have traveled to Mexico and have plans to"imminently" launch car bomb attacks. The paper adds that federal law enforcement appears to be on a "heightened state of alert," and nonetheless, the Department of Homeland Security and many Democrats deny that the threat exists.
“There is no credible intelligence to suggest that there is an active plot by ISIL to attempt to cross the southern border,†Homeland Security officials said in a statement. Instead of focusing on the border, Homeland Security is allegedly attempting to keep Westerners with American, UK, and Australian passports who have left to fight in Syria out of the United States. Over 400 British citizens and about 100 Americans are believed to be fighting in Syria and Iraq on behalf of the jihadist terror group, according to recent estimates.
Meanwhile, Texas Congressman Beto O'Rourke, a Democrat, tells the newspaper that such fears are ill-founded, and that the United States has "a longstanding history in this country of projecting whatever fears we have onto the border.
Its a long article, full of good stuff, here is one last quote:
Moderate Muslims in the country (Canada) have also raised the alarm that their congregations are being infiltrated by terrorist groups. Pacifist Canadian leader Syed Soharwardy, founder of the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada (ISCC), received death threats from extremists for calling attention to their recruitment. "Absolutely I am convinced that this recruitment is going on right here in this country, under our noses, in our universities, in our colleges, in the places of worship, in our community," he told Canadian public television.
I really don't understand the denial. Is it an election thing?
Sometimes I think Obama wants terrorists to cross the border.

O does not seem to have much of a desire to defend America. The denial is probably politically driven--the old "not a smidgeon" line. Of course there is no corruption in the IRS or no problem with their handling of Benghazi. They are the biggest liars our country has ever seen.
The terrorists have probably long since crossed the border and are organizing, no need for some massive push all at one time.
Good thing that so many Texans are armed. They'll need their ammo.

CLOWARD-PIVEN
Create chaos. Nothing has worked so far, so allowing terrorists to mingle with illegal aliens entering our country raises the chances of a terrorist attack within the borders of the United States of America. Once that happens, BAM! The DUmp gets its' 'marshall law.' Conservatives are now the enemy of the US.

Chaffetz revealed some shocking numbers: 466,000 people have been captured crossing the border over the last 351 days, and Homeland Security says 157,000 people got away. Those who were captured came from 143 different countries, including Syria, Iraq and Iran.
“We have a porous border […] I’m worried about [ISIS] actually coming to the United States and crossing that porous border and getting into the homeland.â€

Rep. Tim Bishop (D., N.Y.) warned during a recent speech that up to 40 radicalized U.S. citizens who have fought alongside the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL or ISIS) have already returned to the United States, where they could pose a terrorist threat.
Bishop claims that of the 100 or so Americans who have traveled to the Middle East to join ISIL’s ranks, some 40 have returned and are currently being surveilled by the FBI, according to his remarks, which were filmed and uploaded to YouTube last week.
“One of the concerns is the number of U.S. citizens who have left our country to go join up with ISIS,†Bishop said during the speech. “It is believed there have been some number up to 100 that have done that.â€
“It is also believed that some 40 of those who left this country to join up with ISIS have now returned to our country,†Bishop said, eliciting shocked responses from some in the crowd.
These 40 individuals, Bishop said, “are under FBI attention and surveillance. So they are known and being tracked by the FBI.â€
Lawmakers have warned that radicalized ISIL fighters could clandestinely enter the United States through the porous southern border.

If they have their 'terrorist event,' then they can justify ripping up the entire Constitution and remaking the country into their socialist paradise. Thing is, time is running short, and more and more people are getting wise to this by the day. So, they have to go to rather extraordinary lengths to 'create the conditions' for it to happen.

Take a look at this video, of an interview of a retired Border Patrol agent in the Tuscon sector. It's almost 15 minutes, but it dovetails rather nicely with my theory that what we're seeing on the southern border with the illegals, and ISIS, is classic Cloward-Piven.

An ISIS call to Muslims worldwide to kill as many as 10 million Americans “in any manner or way however it may be†is supported by an Islamic decree by a Saudi theologian, which was discovered among documents seized from an ISIS base in Syria, reports Islam researcher Walid Shoebat.
The fatwa, which calls for the complete annihilation of the U.S., comes from Saudi theologian Nasr Al-Fahd.
Shoebat, a former Muslim terror operative who renounced his ways, reviewed the 26-page fatwa, which, he said, has never been translated by the U.S. government for public scrutiny.
The fatwa, said Shoebat, a native Arabic speaker, gave ISIS spokesman Abu Muhammad al-Adnani ash-Shami the justification to call on Muslims to kill Westerners.
In a video that was posted on YouTube and later removed, the ISIS leader is seen declaring: “If you can kill a disbelieving American or European – especially the spiteful and filthy French – or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any other disbeliever … including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against the Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way however it may be.
