Title: Nutcase nadin's Deteriorating Blog
Post by: GOBUCKS on September 13, 2014, 04:51:52 PM
She hasn't returned to the DUmp yet, but the strain is showing.

Her goofy blog is getting more unintelligible, more confused, more illiterate by the day.

See if you can understand what this "article" is about:

Signature Rescission Stations to Go Up

Sep. 12, 2014 (San Diego) Council President Todd Gloria and Council Member Ed Harris announced the establishment of signature rescission stations in San Diego.

Gloria told Reporting San Diego “we are stepping up our game this weekend, and the remaining days of this campaign, to give those who were lied to a chance to take their names back. They will be stations across the city where folks can go.”

Many of these statins will be at the same stores where they were lied to, as Gloria alleges. The form will take their names off the petition. IF they are successful in the effort, “this will ensure that this will remain law in the city of San Diego.”

The limit is on the 17, and while people can mail it, it has to be at the City clerk’s office on the 17. It can be faxed in, and it can be taken in person. Volunteers at these stations will take these to the city clerk.

Gloria also said “we know we have them on the ropes. They are charging upward of $$10 a signature at this point. I don’t think they’d do that because they are doing well.” He added that this push during the weekend will hopefully will make it more difficult and will keep this ordinance as city law.

He did emphasize that they need everybody’s help though. “We need folks who were lied to, to hopefully step forward and take their name back.” The form needs to be on hand by the city clerk on the 17 by the end of business hours.

I don't know, but I'll tell you at the end of business hours.

Right now, however, it's looking like that pink stuff on top.

But wait, there's more.

She is non-partisan.

A non-partisan panhandler:

One of the things we concentrate at Reporting San Diego is reporting things as accurately as possible. Those that know me in private know my views on most issues. It is not my place to tell you what to think, just what happened. It is up to you, my reader, to decide what side of an issue you take.

This is in some ways the way news used to be done. Walter Cronkite was a Republican and a very conservative man for his era. You could not never tell that from his reporting, which was straight down the middle.

At Reporting San Diego we also rely on you, the reader, to keep us going. If you believe this is worth your time (and money) go to the site and donate. We need your financial support to keep this going.

We promise to be fair to the story and NOT to tell you what to think or how to think. That is your job. The role of media should be to inform the public. That is what the Fourth Estate should do.

I like her shopping cart corral interview of this guy, she is at the top of her game.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZhd3QKVs6k

Long story short:  City council voted in a minimum wage hike, the mayor vetoed it, but the council overrode his veto.  The guy in the video is a councilmen who disagrees with the rest of the council and is trying to collect signatures to petition the council to drop the wage hike and he has been very successful so far.

There is now a counter movement to get the people who signed the petitions to rescind their signatures, because they were supposedly lied to in order to persuade them to sign the petitions.  Forms to rescind the signatures must be in on 17 as nadin would say.

Well, if she'd enable "comments," action might pick up.

And the color red was the color blue and very blue for its era.

Cool Zones up for the Weekend due to Heat wave
BY NADINABBOTT on SEPTEMBER 12, 2014   â€¢ ( 1 )

Sep 12, 2014 (San Diego) The National Weather Service already issued a heat advisory for San Diego County. It is going to only get hotter during the weekend. The county has cool zones, including libraries and other county facilities.

The list of these is here

http://sandiego.networkofcare.org/content/client/4/2014CoolZones.pdf

If you don’t have Air Conditioning, or you have a person at risk, such as infants and the elderly, they are there for your safety. Some of them have cool water as well.

During this weekend make sure to keep hydrated and do not engage in strenuous activities.

I’m inviting everybody up to Kathy Peterson’s (Kpete on DU) house for a cool down. She has air conditioning and a pool and is a real concerned liberal/progressive.

Just come up to the gate, it’s usually open or buzz Kathy and say Beefeater or Nadine sent you.

See ya there! Bring you own towels please.

PM me for the address if you need it.

You know, she needs to work on that site.

On many of them--not this one you posted--an article at the bottom'll say "1 REPLY," but it doesn't show a reply, or link to a reply.

What do you get when you cross boris, natasha, moose, and squirrel?

I wonder how she decided that she needed to capitalize "Air Conditioning".

And then I wonder how she decided it didn't need to be capitalized when she wrote "aire acondicionado" in mexican.

I guess it's just another mystery of a semi-literate pro jouno mind.

I can't stomach Nadin, I didn't expect her voice to sound like that. I expected more something along the lines of this:
