She has her own news blog now. But there is no interaction, no adoring suck ups, no fights she can start. She may deny it, but she is a bully who lives for a fight.
It's obvious she has learned not a thing from being banned.
Is she frantically searching for a new site to fight on? or is Facebook her last refuge?

So today I loaded the jeep with my small collection of plastic bags... yup those bags you can barely avoid getting, You know the drill. And a neighbor said, "how much do they pay?" She was shocked when I said none.
Why would anybody recycle these bags then? I bit my lip. I am not going to answer that question when somebody is that self absorbed... nothing you can do really.

So today I loaded the jeep with my small collection of plastic bags... yup those bags you can barely avoid getting, You know the drill. And a neighbor said, "how much do they pay?" She was shocked when I said none.
Why would anybody recycle these bags then? I bit my lip. I am not going to answer that question when somebody is that self absorbed... nothing you can do really.
Every single market here in CA has a plastic bin outside each of their entrances, where you stuff your used bags in for recycling prior to shopping. I've never saved up enough of them to the point that I had to load up and make a specific trip.

I had to go with a 'no' on this way. Suffice it to say I believe it is more complicated than a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer.
On her blog and on Facebook she has some control. In those two places she can display her perceived brilliance and importance without concern of anyone questioning her brilliance and importance. If by some chance someone does question her greatness she can remove it. On DU, she does not have that luxury.
I have no doubt that she'd love to go back to DU. She seems to like being the center of the universe so the more people paying attention to her the better; however, too often on DU her perceived brilliance is clouded by individuals who dare question her brilliance instead of bowing down to her. She just can't have that.
I think the only way that she will be back at DU is in a Mighty Mouse (here I come to save the day) scenario in which she feels her brilliance is so bright it will blind and amaze even the naysayers.
The one other scenario that might take her back to DU is if enough DUers essentially beg her, in some shape or form, to come back.
Regardless, with the current rule system in place at DU even if she were to come back it would be a short stay because at the end of the day a nadin has to be a nadin.

I started hording mine with the coming ban. I use them for all kinds of things, like lining trash cans, dumping kitty litter, picking up dog poo, etc.

I have a cabinet full of them. They come in handy for toting lunch to work or as trash bags if I run out.

Plastic bags are the greatest thing for grocery stores since frozen food.
You can carry twice as much into the house without having a bag tear and dropping stuff.
And they wad up so compactly you can put a dozen of them inside of one, and tuck it neatly into the trash.
I hope the "ban" is always limited to the nut states on the west coast.

I guess she doesn't remember when you used to return your used glass bottles to the grocery store for credit. That certainly encouraged people to do that rather than throw them away. I suppose marketing ploys to invite certain behavior is too simpleminded of a concept for her.

gNads wouldn't know about that, although she would never admit it. That's an American thing.
She grew up in Mexico, where she collected dead scorpions and traded them for pesos to the local curandero. That brush with Mexican medicine inspired her to drive a donkey ambulance, and perform field surgery on bandidos with her Bowie knife.
