I must admit I enjoy the some of the smackdowns he receives from the actual attorneys on DU, but I really think he should be placed next to UGP in the padded rooms.
BREAKING (my will they think) NEWS: 9th Circuit Rejects "Haas v Romney" for Racketeering
On October 18, 2013 - yours truly sued Mitt Romney & gang for Racketeering; because Congress and the Supreme Court of the United States affirmed that an ordinary citizen can become a "Private Attorney General" to fill in "Prosecutorial Gaps" (See U.S. Sup. Ct Sedima v Imrex {here}).
A week ago - (I just got the word Friday) - the 9th Circuit rejected the "Haas v Romney" as frivolous.
What blows my mind, is that the 9th Circuit is supposed to be "THE" liberal Circuit Court in America. Everyone who wants to see justice in my case - really believed the issues would get a fair shake there. After all, a trial is all I'm seeking, so that a jury may determine the weight of the evidence. The evidences - by the way - are pretty substantial;
as I'm armed with a thing called CONFESSIONS!
(followed by another 6 pages or so of totally insane rantings)
One problem might be that you filed the case pro se.
Pro se litigants usually don't get very far in federal court due at least in part to the complexities of the procedures as well as the laws themselves. And the courts also don't like dealing with pro se parties exactly for those reasons. Hire a good lawyer who has experience in federal court and specifically with RICO cases. If the case was dismissed without prejudice you might be able to try again.
Do you have a link to the case file? I'd like to read it.
There are a few people telling him he is basically crazy, one or two dummies praising him, and about 70 posts from Laser calling everyone but himself nuts.
-
He really is obsessed. This thing has been on-going for what? Ten or twenty years? I think the courts even put him on a seven year time out.
Why doesn't he just spend his time suing Eric Holder.
Is he still living in his car?
-
Is Laserhaaz a typical DUmmy or is he totally bats**t insane?
Both. He's just pathologically obsessed about something slightly different than any of the rest of them are.
-
I'll take "obsessed, crazy and delusional" for $1000, Alex.
-
I always thought Dummy and bats**t insane were one and the same.

Vonage has a commercial featuring ol' Laserhaas . . .

I saw that last night... it was a small bonfire. Mostly laserhaaz posts. I see it has grown into a smackdown fest.
What an idiot.

Pretty sad and illustrative when even your garden variety DUmmy thinks "laserhaas, private attorney general" is nuts.
-
I have to go with "batshit crazy".
Even the primitives ridicule his crazy lawsuits.
Is it possible he's the "male" incarnation of UGP?
-
Laser is a perfect example of why libs can`t mole here...say something stupid and crazy,it stands out as something stupid and crazy.
Say something stupid and crazy at the DUmp and you are welcomed with open arms.

Like that Star Trek episode where the officers from the evil dimension were identified immediately but the "good" ones were able to pretend to be evil...

Please forgive this serious post ...
The 9th Circus Court does have some judges who are reasonably sane. Then, too (and this sounds more likely here), some cases are so grossly obvious that even that court's least sane judges will get it right.

I''m sure the good judges of the 9th circus read his... brief, lawsuit, whatever you call it... noticed the mispelled words, the insane reasoning and looked at each other in chambers and said WTF? If you can't get it past the 9th circus... then you just may not have the sense to be filing lawsuits.
The dummie should go to the closest max prison, pay a lifer a couple three cartons of smokes to write his lawsuit, and would probably come out ahead.

My (very) mental image of what happened at the 9th Circus Court is something along the lines of the judges passing the papers he filed among themselves with attached sticky notes saying, "For your amusement."
