Title: Banning Truck Nuts - yes, that would be "testicles"

Delegate Lionel Spruill (D) of the 77th District in Virginia is proposing a bill to ban the use of "trailer hitch testicles".

They're hard at work! They're figuring out which of our interstates have the most congestion so they can add tolls to them. When they're not looking at Delegate Spruill's nuts.
