I don't think the two premises are directly linked but it seems those screeching the loudest for Israel to be brought under the international boot are also the ones dancing around with dead baby puppet shows every time there is a mass shooting.
One commonality is the vitriol.
So what is the common thread that connects these two seemingly disparate positions within the singular mindset of the Proglodyte?

You can't subdue, suppress, abuse, control and eliminate an armed populous. DUmmies don't have the guts to fight a bloody revolution.

That and also you can't buy a gun or own one if you have a felony drug and/or domestic violence conviction or restraining order against you. That is the main reason why DUmmies don't have guns themselves and since they cannot have one, you cannot have one either. Plus, EBT cards don't buy bullets.

Strength makes one free.
A free people means they can`t easily confiscate things from them to give to others (themselves).

Israel has never shied away from using its strength to protect itself.
In a DUmmy mind anything that shows self determination is evil.

The further left they are the more vocal they are about hating Jews. Gun grabbers, anti-capitalist, those who want a large central gov't, socialist, commies, those complaining that Dear Leader isn't looney left enough, etc... Mainly the mannygoldstein faction on the island. The BOGers on the island are just as hateful towards Jews, but their mission first and foremost is to defend Dear Leader, and so they have to set their Jew hatred to the side since the administration (at least vocally) supports Israel.

Collectivist ideology.
Under collectivist ideology, everything and everyone, everywhere, needs to be under the same "boot". Israel defending itself rather than relying on collectivist authority, is every bit as contrary to collectivist ideology as someone using a gun to defend themselves, in the view of doctrinaire collectivists.
Not that thats all there is, but its definitely an ingredient.

What they have in common is that they're against the right of self-defense; in their minds, the government's here to defend us, and if people took measures to ensure their own safety, that would be a pre-emption of the government's "right" to do so.
The anti-gun fanatics want to take away a lot more than just firearms.
And Israel is defending itself without submitting itself to the protection of a higher authority, so.....

Oh, Israel is submitting to a higher authority in it's defense. Only problem is that He's the authority that Marxists/Progressives/DUmbshits hate above any other; an unpardonable offense in their eyes.
