A very smelly thread can be found HERE. (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10025279388)
Do we really need to use deodorant?
If you spend almost all of your time in an air-conditioned building, and you shower every day, I really question the need for it. Maybe occasionally, if on that particular day you’re going to hit yard sales or going to an outdoor picnic.
I know some people might feel the need for it all the time. If you’re a person who sweats a lot. If you’re outside a lot, and so on.
What say you?

I have no words for this, none whatsoever...

I like the smell of DUmmies in the morning......words never spoken.

Deodorant or a fire hose, DUmbshits. Your choice. :thatsright:

1. Yes
That is all.
The question was answered in the first reply. The rest of the primitives are too stupid to say "Oh look, someone has already answered in a way that requires no further replies or explanations." Nah, they have to throw in their own kook thoughts just to appear as though they have a clue.

Spend your day around a bunch of curry-eating coworkers, and you'll wish there was something stronger than deodorant.

There is, but napalm isn't generally available for civilian use. :fuelfire:

The air circulating out of an airplane's cabin causes chemtrails.
You never see those in the middle east.

I paddled over to Skin's Island and they are actually having debate on this issue. The DUmmies never cease to amaze me in their quest for being social outcasts.
-
DUmmys....please do not use deoderant. That way we can tell you're in the area and go another direction to avoid contact with your worthless asses.

I elect to exercise my 5th Amendment right, and decline to affirm or deny the validity of that assertion... :uhsure: :-)

Try spending some time in India, where deodorant is unheard of and isn't even available for purchase by civilized ex-pats.
A billion curry-eaters jammed cheek by jowl, less than half of whom have access to toilets or running water.

I guess if you're good at sitting on ass, you probably don't need to use as much deodorant. You should still use it though. I work up a sweat in my air conditioned house. But then again, I actually clean my house and take care of my kid's. Not post on message boards all day.

Naptha/Soap and gasoline. Disinfectant and sterilizer all in one.

Honestly, it depends tremendously on individual body chemistry and diet. Some people will smell bad four hours after a shower and sitting still in AC the whole time, and require total chemical war to get along socially. Others can work all day outside in the sun and smell like nothing but healthy human.
I doubt that any significant percentage of the DUmmies are in the 'Always freshly-bathed' category, though.

That's relative--define 'freshly bathed.' What time frame? Weeks? Days? Months? :whistling: :runaway:

DUmmies are fiends for bathing.
It's nothing for them to take 2-3 baths a year.

Didn't even have to click on that, and my eyes are already watering. :puke:
