BREAKING: Arizona to Vote on FULL NULLIFICATION Powers Against Obama
http://conservativetribune.com/arizona-voting-against-obama/
When the voters of Arizona go to the polls on November 4, they will have the opportunity to rein in federal overreach by voting for Proposition 122. Simply put, Proposition 122 would allow the citizens or legislature of Arizona to determine when a federal program violates the sovereignty of the state. After such a determination is made, the feds would still be able to enforce and implement the program, but Arizona would deny state funds or personnel from aiding those efforts.
After having been approved by both branches of the Arizona legislature, Proposition 122 goes before the voters this fall. Significant case law exists in support of such measures.
Given the enormity of this administration’s unconstitutional power grabs, which even some liberals are beginning to warn the country about, the timing for this ballot initiative couldn’t be better.
Wouldn't it be great if all 50 states did this?

It'll be a cold, cold day in Hell before the PRNY does this.

It would only take three fourths of state legislators to amend the Constitution, bypassing the Pres. Congress and the Supremes.
Republicans retain complete control over the legislature and governor’s seats in nearly half of the 50 states – compared to just 13 for Democrats.
We're getting close :-)
