If Nagin "celebrates" New Year's 2015 in prison, he might serve some time.

If Nagin is in prison on February 1, 2017, he might serve 5 years or a bit more.

BHO being as race conscious as he is, I be surprised if Nagin serves any time, and utterly shocked if Nagin is in prison, not about to be released, on February 1, 2017.
