Mexico Qualifies for the Group of Sixteen

June 23, 2014 (San Diego) It was a game with clear handballs, (which should have had a penalty called against Croatia). It was a game with some brilliant calls by the referee, but some doubtful calls. Mexico has sent Croatia home with a 3-1 final score.
The first half was all but remarkable with both teams probing and plenty of fouls. It looked for a while that the Ref was losing control. Ob minute 73 Rafa Marquez scored, putting Mexico ahead. Andres Guardado followed at minute 75, and Javier “Chicharito†Hernandez at minute 82. It looked as if Croatia collapsed
Ivan Perisic scored at minute 87, making it a 2-1.
Mexico advances and will play Holland next in the round of 16, making this the sixth time the Mexican Team qualifies.
Given the horrific play in the qualifiers, with Mexico barely making it, they have proven to be a nice surprise.
Lol. Who says "in the round of 16?" She certainly does have a breathtaking way with words, does she not? Her articles are pathetically awesome. (PS: I gave you the article so she wouldn't get traffic. Don't give it to her unless you're a glutton for punishment.)

I guess Nads is now a soccer umpire (or whatever they are called).
-
Who says "in the round of 16?"
What else do you call it?
That's all I've heard.
But then soccer is to sports as nadin is to journalism.
-
Mexico got hosed over by the officials in their first game as well the official that stole 2 goals from them in fact has resigned IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORLD CUP.
Sounds like Fifa wants to keep Mexico out.
As for gnads gnattering -- they call it the "knockout round" not "the round of 16."

Knockout Round.

Without their keeper they'd be out by now.

Mexico has such a good soccer team because they practice in hailstorms.
-
With arcs in the field!
-
ESPN ran crawls across the screen throughout the Vanderbilt's College World Series game calling it the "Round of 16" and then "knockout round".
Maybe nadin's writing for ESPN.
It wouldn't hurt the quality of ESPN's journalism.

Nads must have covered Mexicans destroying things in LA to celebrate (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2666665/Riot-police-streets-suburban-LA-control-Mexico-fans-celebrating-World-Cup-victory-Croatia.html).

nadain's plagiarism is a gift and a curse.
By the way, I feel liberated now to use loose and lose interchangeably. I might even throw the plural of loo into the mix just to keep everyone guessing.
This of course will be a loo's homage.
