Nothing on the weather sites.
The sirens are pretty loud. woke me up.

According to my weather radar, central Iowa's getting it right now, although the northern part of central Iowa more so than the southern part.

Yep. 1:15 AM. DOWNPOUR! High winds lashing rain. No thunder at all.
Siren still going. no sleep for me.

Thunder. High winds. Waves of rain lashing across the parking lot. Severe storm passing through.
siren still blaring 1:26.

Great storm. Little sleep.
No power outages or lighting surges.

They apparently changed the rules for the sirens. They now not only go off for tornado warnings, but for high winds as well.
Heard a limb hit my roof about 1 am. Thankfully no damage.

The radio gave a rational for that. 70 mph winds do as much damage as a low grade tornado. Might as well treat them both the same.
