Well, DUmpmonkiez, it is a systematic blindness to reality brought on by your blind following of Barry with wonder kid.
Just like the economy is getting better.
Just like Unemployment is down.
Just like there are less illegal aliens cossing the border.
Just like ther is no problem with the VA
Just like there is no problem with Obamacare.

ISIS? When Was The First Time You Heard Reference To This Group?.....
Unless I've been a mushroom - I don't remember hearing about this group til about 2-3 days ago. Last night I heard some Congressman on a cable news show say they were more dangerous than al quaida.
Where did they come from? How come it seems like they just broke into the news lately? How did they become so powerful so fast?
Am I the only one here blindsided by ISIS?

1. It is new to us
but from what I saw last night on MSNBC Chris and Rachel show, they are too extreme for al qaeda.
It is an off-shoot of AQ.

3. the george bu$h invasion of iraq caused the formation of this group

19. perhaps Al quaida won't do the bidding of the US anymore
so a new group had to be formed so we could continue eternal war?

I'm disappointed. Why did it take them until the third post for it to be Bush's fault?

Bush is Hitler (just in case anyone here forgot).

That's what happens when you spend your entire life on an island, only looking at approved sources such as Kostards and such. DUmmies, here is an article from the Washington Post, if that's good enough for you.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2014/06/13/isis-beheadings-and-the-success-of-horrifying-violence/ (http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2014/06/13/isis-beheadings-and-the-success-of-horrifying-violence/)
If you read it, you will learn that there is such a thing as good and evil in this world, and that not all muslims are gentle peaceful creatures. I'm starting to think that damn few are.
I hear they're crucifying people.
-
You would think they would be pissed off to know Bush is behind the scenes instructing Obama on everything.

ISIS is an offshoot of al Qaeda. They originally called themselves the ISI, the Islamic State of Iraq. It was formed in '06 in the northern parts of Iraq and was defeated when we left Iraq. They have since rebranded into the ISIS, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. A lot of their fighters came from the civil war going on in Syria.

The DUpe was wasting time figuring out the best way to spell Bush.

I ****ing hate these people.
I joined the Marines on the "buddy program" with my best friend Scott. Scott was killed in Mosul, what the hell was it worth?

Sorry, and thanks for the kind words. I just am just so pissed off right now.

I'm very sorry.

It was worth plenty, a noble sacrifice to free millions of people, until a democrat got elected. Then, your friend's sacrifice (along with many of mine) was nothing more than a party-politics stepping stone to more power and further degradation of the United States.
Brutal, maybe not what you wanted to hear, but I don't have the words for niceties right now as I am in the same shoes as you.

Jake,
It’s 4:20 as I start typing this. I just saw your post. I don’t know how long it will take me to finish it. Sometihings take longer than others. On a situation such as this sometimes words fail me, but I’m going to do my best.
Normally, when you see my name on a post you know that it is going to be something sarcastic. Sometimes witty. Sometimes maybe funny. Despite my normal style of posting, I want you to know that every single word in this post is sincere and directly from my heart.
Reading the post about your friend Scott hit me hard. As I type this, I literally have tears in my eyes. Other times, I would probably try to defend the “tears in my eyes†comments due to the old “men aren’t suppose to cry thingâ€, but in this instance I don’t care.
I have a respect for each and every one of you who have served our country with honor, both past and present, that words could never adequately describe. You guys are MY heroes. You are the ones, whether it’s over here or over there, who allow me (and all of us) to live our lives. Any time I meet someone who is in the service or have served, the first thing I do is shake his or her hand and say “thank you for your serviceâ€. That’s not just words on a message board. That’s fact. I would do the same to you if we ever met.
Other than on this message board, I don’t know you and I’ve never known your friend, but I can tell you this…
Regardless of what the DUmmies say, regardless of what the bumbler in chief does, and regardless what this administration has done to negate the militaries accomplishments in Iraq, your sacrifice and Scott’s ultimate sacrifice means everything to me.
I’m only going to say one more thing because the words just aren’t coming out like I want them to. Please know that I hurt for you and with you and that you and Scott both have my utmost respect and appreciation.

JakeStyle, I am sorry for the loss of your friend Scott.
Thanks for the help FlippyDoo. For saying what I couldn't get into words.
Over the last couple of hours, I've made 3 attempts to type out some comforting words for JakeStyle...and deleted them....also with tears in my eyes. I lost my friends almost 50 years ago and it still hurts. Time heals all wounds but it does leave a tender spot and a scar.
-
My lake of reply speaks volumes. Thanks guys.
Hi Jake,
Words can not express the lost of a friend that was bonded by war, and most times people just don't know what to say. People talk about fighting for the flag, country, and to promote freedom in the world. All these are proud reasons, but the truth of the matter is the person to your left and right. To let those people down is unthinkable. You and I have chewed the same dirt, and lost not only friends, but some of ourselves along the way. Take Care.

no, obama never heard of of them either until he saw it on the news the other night.

Seems we let the leader of ISIS go back in 2009. :banghead:

The crazies trying to take over Iraq are putting our jug-eared Kenyan is a tight spot.
These crazies are Sunni muzzies, as are the al-Qaeda crazies.
The Iraqi government and the crazies who run Iran are Shi'ite muzzies.
Our jug-eared Kenyan was born and raised a Sunni muslim, with an absolute obligation to murder Shi'ites.
So he wants to help the crazy insurgents to slaughter everyone in the government, but he has to act like an ally of that same government.
At the same time, he'd like to blame the fall of the Shi'ite government on poor training of their army by the U.S., and ultimately blame the whole thing on George W. Bush.
And he doesn't want to miss any tee times this week.

We turned all the prisoners over to the Iraqi government. They are the ones that let them go.

Sounds like a conundrum. I foresee him helping the worse guys and when he learns from the news that he helped them he will promise to get to the bottom of it. Then a new scandal will magically come out to take everyone's mind off of that scandal.

It's only taken Iraq three years to disintegrate into a flaming pile of shit. It's the only thing Barry Soetoro has accomplished since he was re-elected.

So they were hoist on their own petard, Dori? Sounds about right.
As far as I'm concerned I hope they kill each other off. As long as they are fighting each other, they leave civilized folk alone. Personally I think the rest of the world ought to make a military ring around the whole middle east and supply ammo to both sides until they destroy themselves.

Afghanistan is next. Pakistan is walking a fine line here Chris. They want a destabilized Afghanistan so all their militants will go there and fight. The Pakis are too stupid to realize that as soon as the muzzies conquer Afghanistan, they will be next.
The best of all worlds would be if the muzzies take on the Chinese. Be a win-win for the Chinese. They get to off some of their males and take over the rest of Asia/middle east. Be a win for the US and Russia cause the Chinese won't screw around and off the muzzies and China will be weakened militarily.
