Driver swerves car for rabbit, hits two trees in Delaware Township

DELAWARE TWP. — A 2001 Chevy Impala driven by Zachary R. Trapanese, 19, of Delaware Township went out of control when Trapanese swerved to miss a rabbit on Sergeantsville Road near Covered Bridge Road on May 11 at 9:15 a.m., police said.
The rabbit should be charged with attempted capital murder. :argh:
