This guy sure does think highly of himself.

Pretty amazing when you consider he looks like George Jefferson.

A few threads, even if started by people we don't know, make it embarrassing to be a member here. This Lamond celebrity thread is one of them. What a shame.

I am new and perhaps need some education. I thought it was a decent thread showcasing the unbridled arrogance of the dummie.

Don't worry overmuch about it; you're new.

But usually, generally--and it helps improve readership and interest--one quotes the original post and at least a couple of primitive comments.

There's some like GOBUCKS or me, who'll quote lengthy parts of primitive threads, and that's good, but not necessarily necessary.  The original topic, and at least a couple of primitive comments.

As I mentioned, it helps spur interest--and comments--in a thread, because many don't like going to the original link, finding Skins's island rather ridiculous or depressing or both.

Ah, thanks. I am having trouble getting the quote part down. I see the posts by others but haven't been able to quite emulate them.  I'm sure over time I will get better at it!

Take your time; ease in.

It'll come.
