After studying the CC behaves, I decided I should make a few database engine tweaks to better accommodate it. I need to shut off web connections when I make these changes, so If you find a white screen or an error message, its probably me. Those shouldn't last for more than a minute as the changes I'm making only take a few moments to accomplish. 

The end result should be better, more reliable performance.

Two things:
Can you have the shout out box default to close - it takes me forever to load.
And
The adds, there are three box's, the top one is only half the page, the second two over lap by several lines. And they are all the the same add.

You should be able to minimize or close the Shoutbox.  It will stay that way the next time you access the site.

Ah, but it is not, it opens everytime I access the board.
